Selassie Tay is a business management, finance and social impact development professional with vast experience in microfinance, sanitation financing, and livelihood development in rural and underserved communities in Ghana. He’s also worked on youth enterprenuership by providing training and access to venture capital to budding entrepreneurs across Africa.
Currently, he is involved in consultancy, advocacy and policy influencing to drive financial inclusion of the mass market in Africa. His professional engagements are driven by his life’s purpose of reducing inequalities and poverty in Africa.
Selassie holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance; a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration; and Certificates in Microfinance and Social Change Leadership. He is currently enrolled in a Certified Digital Finance Practitioners programme by the Fletcher School at Tuft University.
