Biography
Jacqueline has over 10 years’ experience in digital financial services, corporate strategy, business negotiations and relationship management. She is currently the head of Agency Banking at Ecobank Ghana, accredited with building the entire portfolio from scratch. Prior to her current role, she held the position of Head, Branchless Banking and Strategic Partnerships where she led agent network building and mobile money agent management.
She has also previously occupied the position of Sales Manager, Cards & E-Banking. She doubled as the project manager for Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI)/Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation Mass Savings Project, aimed at financial inclusion for the poor. She has played key roles in the sale of Transaction Banking products, cards, merchant acquiring, ATMs and internet banking amongst others.
She holds a BSc in Human Resource Management from the Central University College, Ghana and an MSc in International Business and Management from the University of Manchester Business School, UK. She is a certified Chartered Institute of Business Development professional (CIBD) and a director of the Financial Inclusion Forum Africa
