Charlotte Lily Baidoo is the Chief Executive Officer of Women’s World Banking Ghana, and has in-depth knowledge in SME markets, Consumer Behaviour, Credit Administration, Portfolio Management, and Human Resource Management. Prior to joining WWBG, Charlotte worked as the Deputy Managing Director of First Trust Savings & Loans, Chief Operating Officer of Ideal Finance Ltd and was a one-time General Manager of Express Savings & Loans Limited.

She is passionate about issues concerning women and children and has been involved in charities that educate and empower women and girls – an endeavor that has earned her several fellowships and awards by the Institute of Certified Economists of Ghana and The African Network of Entrepreneurs.  Throughout her professional career, her focus has been on how to enhance women’s financial inclusion in Ghana’s economy. Charlotte’s leadership is defined by her passion for growth, excellence and innovation.
